Overview

Position Title: Cleaning Technician
Reports To: Area Manager
Department: Operations
Position Status: Non-Exempt
Amount of Travel Required: 0%
Positions Supervised: None

Position Summary

This role is responsible for performing cleaning services for homeowner associations. The employee will be provided with uniforms, equipment, cleaning supplies, and training in order to perform custodial duties.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, floor cleaning, kitchen cleaning, gym cleaning
• Provide outstanding service at all times
• Report to an area manager/building supervisor
• Communicate relevant information or special requests
• Spanish: Posicion: Tecnico de Limpieza Se Reporta A: Gerente De Area

Education and Experience

• Desirable cleaning experience
• Must have reliable transportation and, in some cases, use own vehicle to get to job sites (route)
• Excellent work ethic, display a high level of character and integrity
• Desire to work independently as well as a team player

Other Requirements

• Ability to respond to emergencies efficiently
• Able to work a flexible schedule: days, evenings, weekends
• Professional, positive and enthusiastic, self-motivated and dedicated

• Debe tener transporte confinable y en algunos casos utilizar vehiculo propio para llegar al lugar de trabajo (ruta)
