Are you a hands-on individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow your skills? SERVPRO of Springfield/Mt. Vernon is looking for a Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team! You’ll be part of a company that leads the industry in restoration and cleaning services—and you’ll play a key role in improving indoor air quality for homes and businesses in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC and duct cleaning services using industry-standard equipment
  
  
• Set up containment and safety measures before starting each job
  
  
• Inspect, clean, and restore duct systems to ensure optimal performance
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and care of tools, vehicles, and equipment
  
  
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site
  
  
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately and on time
  
  
• Support other cleaning or restoration services when needed
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
  
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  
  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  
  
• Experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or restoration preferred (but not required—we will train the right candidate)
  
  
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
