Base pay range

$20,800.00/yr - $37,440.00/yr

We are looking for a floor care and cleaning technician to perform specialty cleaning techniques for all types of flooring, including carpet, VCT (strip and wax), LVT, tile & grout, wood burnishing, laminate, and upholstery. Experience is not required but is desirable. Our company uses various cleaning techniques to perform regular cleaning and maintenance of flooring in commercial buildings and condos around Atlanta. The work primarily occurs during the night shift from about 4 pm to midnight.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and manipulate cleaning equipment weighing up to approximately 75 lbs.
• Careful and attentive to detail, considering the work environment.
• Driver's license and a clean driving record are required if you wish to progress to a lead technician role.
• Applicants with all levels of experience are accepted, starting as assistants with opportunities to become lead technicians after training and demonstrating competence.
