The pay for the Lead Cleaning Attendant position is $16.00 per hour. This is a full-time role.
NFC Amenity Management is committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients. As part of our team, you will work at some of the area's most exclusive addresses. The Lead Cleaning Attendant maintains the cleanliness, order, and appeal of all common areas within a luxury residential building. This role is key to creating a welcoming and pristine environment for residents, guests, and staff by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service. You will sometimes work alone and other times with the building management team and support staff. It is essential to always represent yourself and NFC Amenity with the highest standards of quality and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness of all interior and exterior common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, lounges, fitness centers, trash rooms, and outdoor spaces such as courtyards and rooftops.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces regularly throughout the day.
- Clean glass, mirrors, doors, and other reflective surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.
- Assist in daily trash and recycling removal, ensuring that trash rooms and compactors are tidy and odor-free.
- Restock restrooms and other service areas with necessary supplies.
- Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance issues and report them to the supervisor or management.
Resident & Guest Services:
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to residents and visitors.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests from residents and management.
- Support move-ins and move-outs by ensuring hallways and elevators remain clean and clear.
- Handle packages, deliveries, and special requests when needed.
Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment according to established safety guidelines.
- Notify management immediately of hazards, damage, or emergencies.
