Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Deep Clean Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in various facilities. This position requires attention to detail, knowledge of cleaning techniques, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve a deep clean environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform deep cleaning of all areas within the facility, including but not limited to floors, carpets, walls, windows, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Use cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, scrubbers, and floor buffers to ensure thorough and effective cleaning.
- Clean and sanitize guestrooms, restrooms, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Remove dirt, grime, and stains from surfaces, upholstery, and carpets.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment to maintain a clean and well-maintained appearance.
- Perform specialized cleaning tasks such as high dusting, deep carpet cleaning, grout cleaning, and window washing.
- Maintain cleaning inventory and notify supervisor of any supply shortages or equipment malfunctions.
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for all cleaning products and equipment.
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
- Work as part of a team or independently, depending on the assignment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring cleanliness and presentation of the facility meets or exceeds standards.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Flexibility when working alternating shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent observational skills and situational awareness. .
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe.
- Must be able to walk/stand for entire shift.
- Must be able to lift to 35 pounds.
- Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with Federal and State laws.
