Carpet Cleaning Technician role at Cleaning Specialists Of WNY. This position involves traveling to different locations each day, operating our provided carpet and floor cleaning truck-mount system, and servicing a variety of surfaces including tile, wood, carpet, stone, and more. You will maintain equipment, move furniture to access cleaning areas, treat stains, and restock supplies between cleanings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and customer service skills, and enjoys learning new cleaning techniques. This role can be full- or part-time and offers opportunities to build a customer portfolio with responsibilities that include cleaning and some sales.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a variety of locations to clean multiple flooring types and upholstery
• Move furniture or other items with care to access cleaning areas
• Communicate professionally with customers to provide an excellent experience
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
• Maintain and restock all equipment and supplies; keep work areas clean and safe
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial and residential customers
