Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning vacation rentals throughout South Lake Tahoe. We provide a structured system with automated scheduling, house management, linen handling, and all necessary equipment. While the work is independent, teamwork and mutual support are valued to ensure stress-free completion of tasks.

Cleaning Responsibilities

• Execute cleaning duties efficiently, maintaining quality and speed
• Clean 1-2 homes per day, managing time effectively
• Follow checklists for kitchens, bathrooms, BBQs, vacuuming, mopping, stocking supplies, and dusting
• Use VRA apps and software for reporting and tracking time
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Safety Procedures

• Follow safety protocols when using equipment and chemicals
• Participate in training regarding exposure to blood, body fluids, or hazardous chemicals

Job Requirements

• Own a vehicle with minimum insurance coverage
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic proficiency with phone applications
• Cleaning experience preferred, especially in vacation homes
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Able to perform manual labor for extended periods and move throughout homes
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with a minimum height of 3 feet, over a distance of at least 10 feet
