This is a role focused on maintaining a clean store environment with an emphasis on floor care.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain floor care equipment, including scrubber and buffer
• Dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards and store cleanliness (Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, Associate Lounge)
• Follow health and safety policies and restock essential items in lounge, restrooms, and front end
• Support Front End coverage and respond to store recovery needs
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards
• Communicate effectively with management and associates
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Team-oriented, reliable, and capable of working with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer service experience preferred

Salary and Location

This position has a starting pay range of $16.50 to $17.00 per hour. Actual starting pay depends on skills, qualifications, and experience.
