AMCI is looking for a full time Cleaning Technician 500 Unit apartment community in Dayton, OH
Full-time Monday through Friday 8 am 1 pm $16.00 per hours
The community is an affordable housing community with Project based Section 8 and Tax Credit rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified residents. In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive.
AAMCI provides many training opportunities, and many paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Attention to detail
- Clean and sanitize vacant units for new resident
- Provide a safe and sanitary home to move into.
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Clean kitchen including oven and refrigerator
- Assist maintenance team unit turnover
- Vacuum, sweeping, mopping
- Trash removal
- Clean commons areas
- Clean stack buildings
- Pick up trash
- Cleaning debris from all sidewalks and parking lots
- Report any maintenance concerns for resolution
Qualifications necessary for success:
- Ability to self-motivate
- Courteous
- Physically able to perform all duties required, including but not limited to standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working outdoors
- Janitorial
- Custodial
- Reliable transportation
