Position: Contents Cleaning Technician

Reports to: Contents Division Manager

Overview

Our company provides cleanup and restoration services to customers that have experienced water, fire, mold or bio-hazard damage in their home or business. We pride ourselves on helping our customers return to their daily lives as quickly as possible.

Our Contents Team is known for being organized, detail oriented and professional. They constantly go above and beyond to make sure our customers have the best experience possible. The main job duties for this position are to carefully pack up client's personal property, detail clean contents, and inventory the items.

A Contents Technicians typical hours are M-F 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Work will take place at our contents facility and onsite at customer's home/business.

Benefits

Hourly rate range $17-$22

Qualifications

Possess and maintain a valid driver's license

Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle background check

Ability to work and add value to a team environment

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Have a sense of urgency and be detail oriented

Immediate to advanced proficiency in various phone applications

1 year of Restoration Contents experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Smoke, water, and mold damage cleaning

High detailed cleaning of customers contents and rooms

Packing of customers contents to allow for repairs of the damaged rooms

Unpacking of customers contents once the repairs are complete

Using company software to properly inventory and document contents being manipulated

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• IICRC Certifications, (WTR, FRST, CPT, etc) (Preference by not required)
