Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Crew Lead to join our team! This part-time position is ideal for someone who takes pride in a job well done, communicates clearly, and is comfortable leading a small team. Experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee cleaning team during scheduled shifts

• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness standards and follow checklists

• Communicate with management about supply needs or maintenance issues

• Assist in hands-on cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, restrooms, trash removal, etc.)

• Ensure safety and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Ability to work the required schedule consistently

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks

• Reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning

• Leadership experience or ability to supervise small teams
