Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising cleaning associates to meet high standards of cleanliness.
• Ensuring residential homes are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Training residential cleaning associates on company policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Maintaining sufficient cleaning supplies for shifts.
• Setting an example in dress and behavior, ensuring grooming and conduct standards are met.
• Evaluating employee performance, providing on-the-job training, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Promoting a safe, disciplined environment in compliance with company policies.
• Reporting incidents and safety violations to management.
• This position involves cleaning and driving to accounts.

Key Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a must.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills (email, phone).
• Results-oriented with the ability to resolve challenges quickly.
• Multi-tasking ability to handle multiple projects.
