Join Molly Maid USA as a Residential House Cleaning Professional. This full-time role offers training and advancement opportunities, plus a schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. No Experience Required! We\'ll teach you everything you need to know about cleaning houses using our proven process. You\'ll delight customers with our simple system, so customers keep coming back.
We provide all your cleaning supplies, all your training, all your cleaning appointments, a housekeeper polo shirt, and a company car while you work so you don\'t have to put miles on yours. Full-time position with No Nights • No Weekends • No Holidays.
Base pay range
$15.00/hr - $18.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and our process — delight customers, and earn tips when applicable.
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner; demonstrate care for their home.
- If you’re a Team Lead (driving our vehicle):
- Manage the team\'s schedule and drive safely to cleaning sites.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the proper supplies.
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, reach overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Good communication skills with clients
Compensation
- Wages generally range from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour — dependent on experience, quality of work, and speed
- Opportunity to earn up to $600.00 per week
- Paid training at $12.41 per hour
- Weekly paychecks
- Paid time off, up to 5 days per year after 1 year of employment
