Window Cleaning Crew Leader Job Summary:
  • Meet with the team each morning to understand the day’s game plan.
  • Drive Shine vehicles to various customers’ homes or businesses throughout the day.
  • Call upcoming customers to alert them of your arrival.
  • Meet customers face to face to ensure expectations are met.
  • Suggest additional services to customers as appropriate.
  • Complete a post-job inspection and review work with the customer.
  • Process customer payments through our mobile payment technology.
  • Return to the Shine office to recap the day and prepare for the next day.
Window Cleaning Crew Leader Qualifications:
  • Enjoy working with people.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Willingness to work outdoors.
  • Desire to work in a leadership capacity.
