Are you detail-oriented, safety-driven, and ready to work in some of the most important facilities in the world? We’re looking for a Critical Facility Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role is all about keeping mission-critical environments, like data centers and healthcare facilities, running smoothly by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and contamination control.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular and deep cleaning of data centers, raised floors, equipment, and containment areas using industry-approved methods
- Ensure dust, debris, and contaminants are minimized to protect equipment performance and uptime
- Operate specialized cleaning equipment such as HEPA vacuums, electrostatic sprayers, and particulate monitors
- Adhere to ISO-level cleanliness standards and client-specific protocols
- Conduct post-cleaning inspections and document results for compliance reporting
- Coordinate with facility managers and technicians to schedule work without interrupting operations
- Follow strict health, safety, and security guidelines while working in restricted-access environments
- Assist in the setup, cleaning, and maintenance of containment systems (hot aisle/cold aisle)
- Report any facility hazards, leaks, or operational issues encountered during cleaning
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
- 1+ years of experience in data center cleaning, critical facility maintenance, or industrial janitorial services
- Knowledge of critical facility protocols (data center operations, raised floor systems, contamination control)
- Ability to operate specialized cleaning tools and follow technical SOPs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-security, regulated environments
- Must be able to pass background checks and security clearance requirements
- OSHA safety certification or contamination control training
- Experience in mission-critical industries (finance, telecom, healthcare, or government)
- Familiarity with HVAC, UPS, or raised floor systems
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in tight/confined spaces
- Comfortable wearing PPE for extended periods
- Ability to bend, crouch, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
