TDL Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Move-Out Cleaning Specialist to help prepare housing units at Fort Wainwright for new tenants.

This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoys hands-on work.

Job Duties Include:

• Detailed cleaning of vacant homes
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• Deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and garages
• Washing windows, walls, carpets, stairwells
• Light outdoor tasks: sweeping sidewalks, raking lawns, setting up hoses, minor landscaping
• Using ladders to clean high areas (must be comfortable with heights)
• Valid driver’s license and current insurance
• Must be able to gain post access (Real ID required)
• Ability to lift 30 lbs or more
• Background check required
• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
