Basic Function

Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to client are being fulfilled and that the work is being completed on-time and within budget (labor and chemicals). This is a KEY role within the company and offers opportunity for advancement upon demonstrated performance.

Major Responsibilities

  1. Manage Team Leads and/or Front Line Employees
  2. Hire employees
  3. Supplement site inspections & follow-up plans
  4. Manage Labor budget in assigned areas
  5. Put together strategy if over budget, on how to come into alignment
  6. Manage and evaluate time-keeping system
  7. Scheduling: work loading new and existing accounts
  8. Work with OP management team to provide the customer with the service promised.
  9. Work closely in a team-like manner with OP management and follow up on tasks generated by the OP management team.
  10. Assist in building the management team as the need arises and the budget allows, under the direction of OP Senior Management
  11. Report nightly via an area manager's written report, accounting for time, activities, and tasks performed/accomplished
  12. Attend weekly staff meetings accounting for time, tasks completed, tasks yet to be completed, and problem-solving with owners and management team
  13. Manage all aspects of the general operation of the business in your area
  14. Work whatever hours necessary to perform the above duties and any other duties required for the business to be successful
  15. Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 45 hours per week
  16. Performance-based incentives (bonuses) based on KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
  17. Clean assigned number of hours on a regular basis or as needed (if applicable)

Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance

Required Experience
