• Pay range for this job is $500 to $800 per week, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers\' homes according to Molly Maid standards — Follow our process and you\'ll delight every customer. You can earn tips too.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Ensure customer homes are cleaned to standard, and provide excellent service to maintain customer satisfaction.
• For Team Leads (driving our vehicle): manage the team\'s schedule, drive safely, and maintain equipment and supplies.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Clean customers\' homes according to Molly Maid standards — follow our process and delight customers.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Own transportation to and from work (Molly Maid car will be provided throughout the day)
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Must be able to communicate in English
