DaVita has an open position for a Social Worker who will be a vital member of each patient’s core care team. Life on dialysis can be challenging for many patients—and you'll be there to support and advocate for them. In this role, you will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements :

• Meets all state regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a clinical specialization.
• Knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and proficiency with DaVita applications within 60 days.
