Role Requirements

• Master's in Social Work (MSW) with clinical specialization
• Active Indiana state licensure
• Knowledge of insurance programs

• Be a vital member of each patient’s core care team, supporting and advocating for patients on dialysis
• Help patients understand their rights and responsibilities
