Location: Absolut Care of Aurora Park Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation – East Aurora, NY

Position Type: Part-time | Day Shift | On-Site

Absolut Care Aurora Park Skilled Nursing and Rehab is looking for a compassionate and motivated individual to join our interdisciplinary care team. If you have a degree in social work or a related field and a passion for helping others, we’ll provide the support and training you need to grow—no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and families with social, emotional, and discharge planning needs.
• Help complete psychosocial assessments and care plans.
• Support communication between residents, families, and facility staff.
• Participate in resident care conferences and care team meetings.
• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and community resource referrals.
• Advocate for residents' rights and well-being.
  
  

• Interest in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field required.
• No prior experience required—entry-level applicants welcome!
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and able to build trust with residents and families.
