Key Responsibilities:

• Assess risks, create intervention plans, and provide trauma-informed counselling.
• Advocate for vulnerable families with government/community partners.
• Lead group programs to address systemic gaps and empower communities.
• Support operational policies and practice improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work and/or Counselling,
• 1+ year experience in casework, risk assessment, and strengths-based practice.
• Strong networking skills; knowledge of SASW ethics and community resources.
• Tech-savvy (MS Office); culturally sensitive and reflective practitioner.
