Job Summary: The IT Support Specialist supports employees and contractors at the Lafayette location, managing IT/OT assets and providing technical support across various environments. Effective communication with diverse teams is essential, utilizing face-to-face, phone, remote, Teams, and written interactions.

Responsibilities

1. Provide deskside IT/OT support and White Glove services to all employees and executives at the Lafayette plant and remote sites.
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, including OS (Windows 10, 11), network, and mobile devices.
3. Operate within Client IS standards and manage IT asset staging, configuration, and inventory.
4. Research and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary.
5. Support all IT systems at the location and collaborate with a global IT support team.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs. Frequent shop floor visits are required. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 2+ years of IT support experience (preferred).
