Position Overview: This role involves planning and delivering customer support services, including installation, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving problems, analyzing work processes, developing training materials, maintaining problem tracking databases, installing and maintaining hardware/software, performing backup and recovery, managing IT equipment inventory, consulting with users, conducting feasibility studies, preparing business cases, and ensuring cybersecurity policies are followed.
Additional Support: Support for the Client's eProcurement system, SAP-based ERP, including data retrieval, troubleshooting applications, printer setup, stored procedures, and table maintenance, may be required.
Minimum Experience: At least 6 years of progressive experience in Information Processing, with 3 years in hardware/software solutions, including 2 years of hands-on experience with installation, diagnosis, and customer training. Certification as Help Desk personnel and meeting IAT-II requirements are necessary.
Security Clearance: Must possess a completed IT-II security clearance or current NACLC at the time of proposal submission.
Additional Details: Mid-Senior level, full-time position in the IT industry, supporting IT services and consulting sectors.
