CTech Manufacturing is searching for an IT Support Specialist to join our team as we work to expand our in-house technical team. This role will be key in executing on CTech Manufacturing’s broader technology strategies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting hardware, software and user issues
• Communicating with the team about ongoing issues and escalating if needed
• Provisioning of new equipment and users
• Responding to and managing Help Desk tickets
• Asset and cable management

Understanding Of The Following Technologies

• Basic Networking
• VoIP
• Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID
• Google Workspace/Microsoft Office 365
• CLI Tools (Bash, PowerShell)
• Hypervisors/Virtual Server Environment
• Cyber Security concepts
• IOS (iPads)
• AI concepts and use

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum 2-year associate’s degree or similar work experience in IT-related field

• Microsoft Server/Linux Management
• IT automation with Bash/PowerShell
• Network routing (L3) and VLANs
• Backups/Disaster Recovery
• Programming languages
• Software licensing models
