We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for TEAMates via phone, in person, or electronically
- Configure new equipment such as laptops and peripheral equipment
- Manage computing phone and periperal equipment inventory
- Participate in remote server management with vendor
- Participate in security assurance for hardware and licensed software
- Technical Support
- System monitoring and auditing
- HIPAA compliance monitoring
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
