Provide support assistance with technical problem solving, equipment deployment, hardware and software setups and configurations and WSOP setups.
May include other PC equipment tasks as directed. Shifts, days off and reporting locations can vary.
Skill/Experience/EducationMandatory:
Mandatory-18 months minimum in a technical support role, strong personal computing skills.
Basic knowledge of computer operations and user environments. Intermediate analytical and problem solving sills.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, reach or grip 50 lbs., above or below shoulders Ability to walk distances between Caesars properties and spend long periods standing.
Ability to work in a 24 hour, 7b days a week environment with varying shifts, including nights and weekends, with varying days off.Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Must have a Nevada gaming card or be able to obtain a card prior to start of assignment.
