Job Description
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch
Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated IT professionals to join our growing team in Cheshire, CT. This role will provide end-user support, field services, and leadership in day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1–2 technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Perform on-site installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT equipment.
Manage and track tickets through the service desk system, ensuring timely resolution.
Support onboarding/offboarding, account setup, and system access requests.
Collaborate with IT leadership on service improvements and technology rollouts.
Qualifications:
2–5 years of IT support, field technician, or service desk experience.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking basics, and ticketing systems.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license (field work may be required between sites).
