What You Will Do
- Monitor and support networks and systems; provide proactive services to prevent larger issues through automation and patching.
- Serve as the escalation point for ITSS I/II technicians and communicate professionally across internal and client organizations.
- Operate and improve automation services as technology evolves; ensure timely client notifications of issues.
- Ensure client environments are monitored, triaged and issues are resolved efficiently.

- Service Desk Escalation Support
- Client Ticket Management / SLA Adherence
- IMAC and Break/Fix Support
- Update ITGlue / Tooling

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Use collaborative skills to multi-task user issues, document troubleshooting and triage steps for team follow-up.
- Manage queues for tasks, alarms, incidents; troubleshoot and triage as needed.
- Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve recurring issues; document findings and develop preventive procedures.
- Work with stakeholders to address licensing, software and hardware gaps as identified.
- Support the company by performing other duties as assigned.
Technical Skills
- Respond to software-generated alerts; troubleshoot recurring issues.
- Create and manage reports and scripting for clients using RMM tools.
- Manage tickets based on priority and SLA.
- Acquire and maintain technical certifications as assigned (e.g., Auvik, Cisco, Citrix, Fortinet, HP, Microsoft, RMM, Veeam, VMWare).
Customer Service Skills
- Communicate with customers about tickets and planned resolutions.
- Handle end users/managers during high-pressure situations.
- Inform customers about ISG service offerings that may help monitor their environment.
- Participate in after-hours call rotation to support customers.

Educational & Work Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
- 5–7 years of similar or related experience.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications and MS Teams Voice required.
- Working knowledge of networking and systems administration.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and troubleshoot under pressure; strong attention to detail and time management.
- Valid driver’s license; driving record must meet ISG insurance criteria.
