Maschmeyer Concrete is currently seeking experienced IT Applications Support Specialists to join our team in the Tampa, Orlando, and West Palm Beach areas. This is a hybrid position, with time spent working from home as well as our offices and locations throughout Florida. This position will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of enterprise applications and systems while providing technical support to staff. Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field; preferred
• 6+ years' experience in IT operations, programming, systems/software development, or related support areas
• Working knowledge of enterprise applications, systems security, and disaster recovery
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
• Experience with systems such as COMMANDseries, COMMANDqc, COMMANDperformance, OnBase, Great Plains, MS Active Directory, Ring Central, MS SQL, MS Office 365 (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor enterprise applications and systems
• Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and attributes
• Investigate incidents and escalate issues; troubleshoot system and software problems
• Provide software and communication support to staff
• Administer directory services (user access rights, etc.)
• Maintain detailed documentation of software and systems
• Work with secure Managed File Transfer systems (FTP/SFTP)
• Manage API integrations between systems
• Write queries using MS-SQL
• Interact with vendors and support teams
• Perform other related duties as required
