Compensation: $30 - $35 /hour, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support to join their team!

This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and ensuring all employees feel confident in their IT needs. If you're passionate about customer service and have a knack for solving tech problems, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide comprehensive helpdesk and desktop support
• Assist non-technical staff with IT issues
• Perform password resets and new hire setups
• Handle PC imaging and terminations
• Ensure excellent customer service and soft skills
• Communicate effectively, both orally and written
• Travel to field offices quarterly

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3.5+ years of IT support experience
• Experience in Windows environments
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the oil & gas industry
• Familiarity with industry terminology and standards
