VSolvit is seeking an IT Customer Support Specialist to provide installation, configuration, testing, and technical support services to the Department of Navy’s Commander, Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR). A Secret Clearance is required to start work in this position.

Responsibilities include providing technical support for hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, supporting VTC calls, and maintaining security patches. Basic qualifications include U.S. citizenship, 3+ years of customer support experience, proficiency with Windows 10/11, and an active Secret security clearance.
