Overview

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr. Compensation includes a 10-20% bonus. Location: Collierville, TN. Job title: IT Technical Support Specialist II. Local market needed. Travel is expected but very light.

Collierville, TN (Memphis area).

• All Windows Desktop Operating Systems – Windows 7 and forward is preferred with Windows 10 being minimum stating point
• Windows Server 2012-Current
• Active Directory
• Group Policy
• PowerShell experience
• Scripting
• Microsoft Exchange
• Microsoft SQL familiarity is a bonus
• Hypervisors
• VMWare ESXI
• Hyper-V
• Networking
• Ethernet
• Wi-Fi
• Routing
• Firewalls
• VPN's – site to site and client based
• IP addressing and subnetting
• Backup and Disaster Recovery
• Server Builds and Network Configurations
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Anti-virus
• EDR
• Problem solving
• Office 365 – use, deployment, management
• Understanding of Microsoft patching cycles and how to push to desktops
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Familiarity with asset tracking and management platforms
• Cloud Services
• AWS - strongly seeking but not a deal breaker if not familiar
• Azure AD – strongly seeking but not a deal breaker if not familiar
• Microsoft Azure - bonus

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Willingness to work in a local market and travel as needed
• Problem solving abilities
