Your tasks

• Receiving, analysing and resolving IT faults and user enquiries


• Installing, maintaining and servicing PCs, laptops, printers, standard software and mobile devices


• Setting up and supporting Lan/Wlan/VPN connections and telephones


• Administration of user accounts, groups and access rights in systems


• Creation of user documentation and support for internal IT training courses


• Supporting various IT projects, software launches and the continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure


• Participation in continuous IT security, e.g. in the form of data backups and patch management

What we expect from you

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist) or comparable training with relevant professional experience


• Experience with Windows, cloud and remote technologies is an advantage


• Strong communication skills


• Ability to assert yourself


• Good command of English


• Ability to work in a team


• High level of personal responsibility and realisation skills


• Self-motivated attitude


• Analytical and structured way of working
