Description

Day to Day tasks to be performed by candidate include:

• Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email and telephone
• Provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
• Provide instruction on newly released functionality
• Deliver presentations to line staff
• Monitor compliance with data entry requirements
• Review training materials
• Provide technical assistance with data warehouse
  
  
  

Mandatory Qualifications 1 36 months of experience providing IT support to users. 2 36 months of experience providing implementation support services. 3 18 months of experience providing onsite systems support in a child welfare environment. 4 18 months of experience in training staff in a child welfare application. 5 Bachelor's Degree Required Documentation
