Totally Joined For Achieving Collaborative Techniques (TJFACT) is a minority owned, CVE verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone certified, performance driven professional services government contracting company that provides a broad spectrum of services and solutions to the U.S government agencies and organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Shall provide experienced and highly qualified staff with the capability to work collaboratively to upgrade the content and presentation of the NSTC websites, including NITRD, Nano.gov, Quantum.gov, and AI.gov, and others if requested.
  • Provide technical leadership in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of new website applications or complex enhancements to existing applications; work with staff to understand and solve web application problems, resolve customer complaints, respond to suggestions for application modifications or enhancements, participate in the development of application user manuals, and define and oversee database environment creation, standards, controls, procedures, and documentation.
  • Provide knowledge and experience in information technology hardware and software necessary to provide infrastructure support of the office: support the mobile devices, hardware and software required for the day-to-day operations, including printers, copiers, meeting room audiovisual technology, e-mail services, file management systems, listservs for internal Federal groups and external stakeholder networks.
  • Develop and execute contingency plans for network software and hardware failures including isolated and major outages, work with users to evaluate and define hardware and software needs, provide software and hardware familiarization as well as desktop and help desk support, manage third-party maintenance and support contracts for networks software and hardware equipment, and manage user accounts.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience in IT support with appropriate certificates or bachelor’s degree in appropriate field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
  • Expertise, as appropriate, IT resource development; hardware management, setup, administration, and training; Web, email, cloud, and internet services; content management system; backup and disaster recovery methods; centralized anti-spam and anti-virus software; and inventory and asset management.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Government regulations for websites, hardware, and software to ensure compliance with these regulations.
