Description
We are currently seeking an IT Specialist to join our IT Team! We are looking for someone with a degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience in IT support, specifically management of security related initiatives. This position will be focused on the administration of our security programs, managing several systems in place relating to Cyber Security protection and training. Along with managing these programs, active participation in other areas of the helpdesk will be expected. This is an onsite position, working at our corporate office and at our various facilities.
Responsibilities include:
- IT Help Desk assistance for our Team Members.
- Team Member Add/Move/Changes.
- Install and maintain network, server, application and voice systems to ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot PC software and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with LAN and WAN network environment.
- Work with hardware and software vendors.
- Work with 3rd party support for problem resolution.
- Work with Team Members to ensure proper resolution of any issues.
- Assist with researching and developing Company standards for software, hardware, and processes.
- Document problem resolution and systems.
Experience with the following technical areas and work traits is a plus:
- Help Desk environment with a ticketing system.
- VMWare vSphere Administration.
- Windows Hyper-V Administration.
- Windows Server in an Active Directory domain environment.
- Office 365 Administration.
- Firewall Configuration.
- LAN/WAN Configurations and network security.
- Automotive DMS system.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Willing and able to document systems and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work with users at many technological levels.
The starting annual salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
