Job Title: IT Networks & Systems Support Engineer

Start Date: Immediately

Contract Term: 6 months – 1 year - Renewable
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)
Location: Central Business District Area

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in IT-related discipline, preferably with ITSM knowledge.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT outsourcing or related environment.
• Strong knowledge of Level 1 IT infrastructure support (network, end-user devices such as laptops/printers, license management).
• Experience providing Level 1 end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

IT Networks & Systems Support

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure smooth functioning of network hardware, software, and telecommunications.
• Provide technical support for regional offices in Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, and Malaysia (remote support).
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including hardening and access control.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate to vendors when necessary.

Project Delivery & Regional Collaboration

• Lead or support IT infrastructure projects, including office setups, hardware refresh, and systems upgrades.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams and third-party vendors for project implementation and support.

Licensing & Compliance

• Manage software licenses, subscriptions, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IT standards, and regulatory requirements.

Documentation & Training

• Maintain IT process documentation and asset inventory.
• Conduct Transfer sessions and provide training to end-users when required.
