Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, assist with system maintenance, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.


• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.


• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.


• Run system backups to ensure data integrity and recovery.


• Monitor servers for performance and uptime.


• Assist with basic networking tasks including troubleshooting connectivity issues.


• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.


• Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff as needed.
