Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day local and remote desktop support.
- Receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot, and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues.
- Provide Break Fix, fault diagnosis, and resolution.
- Support and apply desktop configurations.
- Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for end user issues.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 suite preferred as well as video conferencing tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
- Must have networking experience.
- Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex issues as needed.
- Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows and iOS devices.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
- Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
- Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized hardware.
- Must be able to travel to various job sites and perform onsite installation and support in the DC metro area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Experience level: Entry Level
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: No Degree Required
