Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide day-to-day local and remote desktop support.
  2. Receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot, and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software, and application issues.
  3. Provide Break Fix, fault diagnosis, and resolution.
  4. Support and apply desktop configurations.
  5. Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for end user issues.
  6. Experience with Microsoft 365 suite preferred as well as video conferencing tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
  7. Must have networking experience.
  8. Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex issues as needed.
  9. Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
  10. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows and iOS devices.
  11. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
  12. Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
  13. Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized hardware.
  14. Must be able to travel to various job sites and perform onsite installation and support in the DC metro area.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience level: Entry Level
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience
  3. Education: No Degree Required
