Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Administrative Support Specialist to provide a variety of clerical and administrative services. MUST have experience working in Medical Setting. This role is responsible for supporting departmental operations, assisting with special projects, and ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and meeting minutes.
Maintain records including process history files and vacation schedules.
Organize and coordinate meetings, teleconferences, and videoconferences.
Provide document processing support (copying, faxing, shipping, filing, etc.).
Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries.
Develop spreadsheets, charts, and graphs as needed.
Assist other departmental administrative staff with workload or special projects.
Independently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
This list is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle challenging situations with tact.
Previous administrative/office experience required; familiarity with engineering databases preferred.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
MUST have experience working in Medical Setting
Travel Requirements:
Up to 5%
Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
