OVERVIEW

Insight Global is looking to hire Tier-2 Customer Support Specialists for a large financial services provider in El Paso, TX! In this role you will be working within retirement services, taking around 25-30 calls per day from clients and answering general questions about their IRA accounts, distribution take out, and processing transactions.

Flexibility is a key aspect of this role, and individuals must be equally comfortable with direct client interaction as well as having the ability to network, research and resolve client operational issues. General PC skills required including experience with Word, Excel and Outlook. This is a 6-month contract with potential to go permanent, and you must be comfortable going onsite everyday as remote isn't an option due to compliance reasons.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1.5+ years of experience in high volume, call center customer service
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or related
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

 

COMPENSATION: $16 - $19/hr. Please note, exact compensation will depend on the individual's years of experience, skills, and education.
