As an IT Support Analyst on our Endearment Team (yes, we call it that on purpose), you’ll be the go-to guide for our Envision as a Service (EaaS) clients. You’ll help end users navigate their tech questions, troubleshoot issues, and make sure technology is an enabler, not a headache. Behind the scenes, you’ll also get hands-on with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, servers, Citrix, networking, and a whole suite of security tools.
This is a role for someone who’s curious, motivated, and ready to Make. Awesome. Work!
What you’ll do:
- Be the friendly first point of contact via phone, email, chat, and tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues (and know when to pull in teammates for backup)
- Jump into new projects alongside other Envision teams
- Configure and maintain hardware, software, applications, and systems
- Prioritize, problem-solve, and collaborate like a pro
- Keep learning, growing, and sharing knowledge with your team
What we’re looking for:

- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Bonus points if you’ve tinkered with M365, Active Directory, or networking before
- Can be Madison, WI local or remote (based in the US)
