We are looking for a motivated and curious IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals who are early in their IT careers and passionate about learning. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting regulated systems, working alongside experienced professionals, and contributing to the delivery of safe and effective healthcare solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to help desk tickets, troubleshoot problems, and escalate when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes including account setup and equipment provisioning.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes accurately.
• Learn and apply IT best practices in a regulated environment.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and support lifecycle management.
• Manage user identities within a hybrid environment.
• Support IT projects as needed.

Education & Experience

• Technical, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support/help desk roles.
• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+/ITF+; Microsoft 365/Azure/Fundamentals; Google IT Support) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365 Suite, and networking fundamentals required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory preferred.
• Experience within life sciences/laboratory environments is a plus.
