Z-TECH is seeking a sharp, customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends remote flexibility with hands-on support at our Concord office and client locations across Greater Boston. You’ll work with a diverse mix of SMBs, nonprofits, and government clients, delivering high-impact technical solutions and white-glove support.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support across desktop, network, and cloud environments (Windows, macOS, M365, Azure)
  • Onboard/offboard users with a white-glove approach, ensuring seamless transitions
  • Build and configure systems (Mac/PC) using AutoPilot, imaging, and scripting tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across endpoints, infrastructure, and SaaS platforms
  • Collaborate on infrastructure projects, migrations, and security hardening initiatives
  • Maintain compliance and inventory accuracy across user, device, and software assets
  • Support remote and onsite engagements, including technical audits and client-facing consultations

What You Bring

  • 3–7 years of hands-on IT support experience (MSP background a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, and conditional access policies
  • Experience with ConnectWise Automate/Manage, scripting, and software deployment
  • Familiarity with SPF/DKIM/DMARC, anti-phishing tools, and basic cybersecurity practices
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization (VMware)
  • Bonus: SonicWall/Cisco, Linux/Unix, IIS, and Mac support experience
