Global Site Infrastructure Implementation and Telecom Solutions

Working Schedule: Mon-Thu onsite. Friday Remote

Key Activities​

·       Experience in infrastructure implementation across retail, showrooms, corporate offices, photo studios, distribution centers, and brand activation environments.

• Ability to conduct site planning and procure IT infrastructure for new and remodeled locations.
• Skilled in planning and deploying technology lifecycle updates globally.
• Capable of supporting brand activations and pop-up events with onsite tech deployment.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external partners to define infrastructure needs.
• Proficient in validating BOMs, finalizing quotes, and placing orders.
• Hands-on experience with staging, installing, and configuring network, server, POS, and other IT devices.
• Ability to track hardware delivery and ensure proper IT asset management and CMDB updates.
• Knowledge of data circuit provisioning and readiness monitoring.
• Experience in performing infrastructure smoke testing and reporting status.
• Ability to support field service technicians during deployments.
• Skilled in server and device setup and validation for new and remodeled sites.
• Experience with master data loading in servers.
• Ability to support new site openings and day-one operations.
• Familiarity with updating knowledge base articles in collaboration with L1/L2 teams.
• Experience in requesting and managing vendor quotes for site technology.
• Capable of coordinating technology decommissioning across various environments.
• Proficient in conducting network equipment and carrier circuit audits.
• Experience with OS and firmware updates across devices.
• Ability to support lifecycle management programs for equipment replacement.
• Skilled in identifying automation opportunities to reduce incidents.
• Ability to optimize equipment usage to extend life and reduce costs.
• Help manage​ internet and voice carrier circuits across diverse environments.
• Provision, terminate, and troubleshoot telecom circuits.
• Coordinating with telecom vendors for quotes, escalations, and service delivery.
• Working with ​telecom billing, cost center alignment, and contract negotiation.
• Proficient in conducting audits of network equipment and carrier circuits.
• Knowledge of cloud-based telephony platforms (e.g., CCaaS, NICE) and legacy systems.
• Experience supporting data flow, retention, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Ability to contribute to telecom governance models and operating procedures.
• Skilled in identifying outdated telecom infrastructure and planning upgrades.
• Capable of supporting both project deployments and ongoing telecom operations.
