Job Title: IT Support Technician II

Job Summary: REPKON USA is dedicated to the advancement of novel manufacturing solutions in the commercial, defense, and aerospace industries. We are seeking a hands-on technician to support end users and own day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID security. You’ll resolve tickets, keep devices healthy, harden identity and endpoints, and collaborate with security/infra to keep people productive and safe.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide Tier 1–2 support (Windows 10/11, mobile, printers, VPN, SaaS), meeting SLA targets.

  • Administer Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, licensing, groups, mail flow, compliance basics.

  • Manage Entra ID (Azure AD): users/groups, SSO app assignments, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, PIM (as applicable).

  • Operate Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager: Autopilot, device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, BitLocker, app packaging, update rings.

  • Support Microsoft Defender stack: Defender for Endpoint & Office 365; respond to alerts, isolate devices, run investigations, tune policies.

  • Assist with security hygiene: baseline hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation coordination, least-privilege enforcement.

  • Build automation with PowerShell (bulk user/device tasks, reporting).

  • Maintain documentation and user-facing knowledge base; contribute to onboarding/offboarding playbooks.


Qualifications


Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.


Skills:



  • 2–4+ years in help desk / IT support in a Microsoft-centric environment.

  • Proven Microsoft 365 admin experience (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive).

  • Practical Entra ID (Azure AD) experience: Conditional Access, MFA, basic app registrations.

  • Intune endpoint management (Windows /iOS/Android) and Autopilot experience.

  • Familiarity with Defender for Endpoint/Office 365; basic incident triage and remediation.

  • Solid PowerShell skills for admin tasks and automation.

  • Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.


Preferred Experience:



  • Exposure to Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud Apps (MCAS), Purview.

  • Experience with AAD SSO integrations, conditional access design, zero trust concepts, ticketing systems, and asset management.

  • Certifications: AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900 (foundational); SC-200/300, MD-102, CompTIA A+/Sec+ (plus).


Other Requirements:



  • Travel: Possible infrequent visits to other REPKON USA locations.

  • Work Environment: Office work environment.

  • Background Investigation/Drug Screen/US Person: Required.


What Success Looks Like (first 90 Days)



  1. 30 days: Master our ticketing, inventories, and M365/Intune standards; close tickets independently.

  2. 30–60 days: Reduce recurring issues via automation or KB articles; tighten gaps.

  3. 60–90 days: Lead a small hardening project (e.g., BitLocker/Intune compliance uplift or phishing rule tuning) and report measurable improvements.
