The Field IT Support Technician provides local representation of Penske Automotive Group's IT department at the dealership level. This position performs a variety of IT related tasks including; acquisition, installation, and maintaining, of personal computers, VOIP and network connections.

• Ability to troubleshoot technology issues for employees over the phone and in person.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and computer skills relevant to an Information Technology position, with at least one year of recent applicable experience.
