Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, stability, and security of enterprise systems, servers, and networks.

***Candidates must have hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

This role involves advanced-level response and support for users of client computing and network services. It is a hands-on position responsible for ensuring infrastructure security and stability across all enterprise locations. Responsibilities include supporting data center and server operations, web server administration, system monitoring, incident response, and providing 24x7x365 on-call support. The role also involves supporting core platforms such as Tier 1 business applications.
