Job Summary


Provides technical support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting for IT systems. Ensures network reliability, manages hardware/software configurations, and supports end-users.


This is a contingent opportunity. Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s location and experience. Qualified applicants will be interviewed and may progress through the selection process as contract opportunities are awarded.



Responsibilities



  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software

  • Provide user support and training

  • Manage user accounts and permissions

  • Install and configure systems and applications



Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field

  • 2+ years of IT support experience

  • Strong knowledge of networking and security protocols



Additional Requirements



  • Security+ or equivalent certification preferred

  • Must be able to obtain a clearance

  • Varies by contract
